[Updates] Made it to Mazatlan

So we hung out in La Paz an extra few days to wait for a big norther in 
the Sea of Cortez to blow through.  Unfortunatley it left no wind behind 
it when it did blow out and we had to motor all 200+ miles from Balandra 
to Mazatlan.  Oh well, it's nice and sunny here and that should be the 
end of bad weather now that I'm over on the mainland.
